The right candidate is working in a vibrant office environment with growth opportunities, will service passengers abroad and will be responsible for their airline reservations and associated duties. Key performance areas:

• Servicing passengers abroad and being responsible for their airline reservations and associated duties
• Responding to incoming inquiries and questions of customers regarding their flights etc.
• Handling complaints via the integrated telephone or computer system
• Communicating information effectively in a friendly and supportive manner
• Providing relevant information as an independent team member
• Identify customers’ needs and offer personalised service
• Maintain high standard of knowledge on all products

Qualifications and experiences:

• Matric qualification
• Previous customer service and sales experience required

Competencies required:

• Good level fluency in Flemish 
• Excellent language skills in English
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem solving ability and attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Open to Shift Work; hours dependent on department
• Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
• Stress tolerance – calm and methodical
• Understands and values the commercial impact of decisions
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Valid drivers licence and own transport required
