Midrand-based business is looking for a dynamic and energetic advertising sales executive to sell on a newly established African title. We are seeking a seasoned and currently active advertising or product sales executive/rep with precise knowledge, success in selling advertising space to agencies, companies and high value products whilst maintaining credible and warm relations with clients.

Only candidates with proven advertising sales track record and agency sales experience need apply. No first timers or chancers.

The company is a subsidiary of Palace Group, active in consumer products sector. One of the main business within Alternative sources is a green magazine, consumer green products and events.

Requirements

• Advertising sales experience a necessity (minimum three solid years’ experience)
• Must have the ability to draw up sales pitches and presentations to clients/customers
• Capability to negotiate contracts and drive business sales growth through partnerships and alliances 
• must have excellent excel skills 
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office and Excel)    

Advantageous

• Demonstrate ability to develop new channels for sales 
• excellent time management skills
