Responsibilities include:

• Installation and maintaining of routers and switches
• Monitoring network usage
• Analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
• Maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining new network hardware and software infrastructure.

Skills and experience:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Three to five years’ working in a similar role, supporting client network infrastructure and installations.
• Network support and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Mikrotik knowledge/experience.
• MTCNA is a must.
• Good understanding of BGP.
