Eskom is appearing before Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts.

The power company will have to shed light on a concerning report by PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

The committee has highlighted excerpts from the document, including the relationship between Eskom and Gupta-owned company, Tegeta.

MPs want to know how Eskom’s contract with Tegeta was structured and managed.

There are concerns proper procurement processes were not followed.
