This Association has sustained and developed effective processes and procedures which have ensured the strength of the Association through technical expertise and control. The Association now requires a new CEO with a proven record of accomplishment to maintain ethical performance and drive future development. Description The role reports directly to the Board, and is required to lead the executive team in: Driving the Associations ethos, values, and behaviour Leading the executive team in maintaining the Strategic Objectives of the business Focusing on improving the financial and operational performance of the Association. Ensuring effective management of all administrative and technical functions within the business Apart from the CEO's management ability this position also requires strong leadership to ensure that the executive team remains motivated to achieve excellence. The CEO needs to coach, develop and strengthen the team ensuring that the Association sustains and improves its level of customer service and delivery. Job Offer Remuneration package will depend heavily on the experience and skill-set of the individual. Profile The CEO is required to have a high degree of commercial acumen, well developed interpersonal skills, be a confident leader and a good team player. Furthermore, an individual who is ambitious, energetic and a credible strategic business manager with the desire and tenacity to drive the business while retaining stability, and enhancing service delivery. Minimum Requirements: Post Graduate Qualification in Business Leadership. 10 to 15 years of hands on leadership experience, in a sizeable company preferably in the Construction Engineering Agricultural sectors.
