The following business analyst requirements are needed for a financial services client situated in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg: 

1. Senior business analyst to assist in the clients’ first franchise roll-out and implementation.  

Responsibilities would be:

a)    Partner business requirement documents’ to the system which is currently being developed. (The BRD articulating the reward partner benefit and system integration approach, how information is exchanged, recons, limits, etc.)

• The technical knowledge required is mainly system interfaces i.e. knowledge exchange end to end. 
• Investigate and draw an in-depth understanding of the client and their reward partners.

b)   Configuration of partners within the system (i.e. setting up the benefit  and the limits)

• Implementation, client facing, technical discussions with reward partner developers (support provided)
• Responsible for successful integration (not a pure business role)
  **Excellent co-ordination skills, high sense of urgency and a willingness to jump in and get stuff done*

2. Business analyst/document writer to assist a financial services client in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg who can help with documentation for six months. 

Responsibilities would be:

a)  Writing business requirement document templates for their markets (detailed documentation of systems)
**Must have excellent written skills with great attention to detail
