Talent Manager (Cape Town)

To work in partnership with the business’s management team in providing a professional and proactive talent support, development and acquisition service and lead the talent support teams to maximise business performance.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ generalist HR experience, with at least three to four years in a senior HR managerial capacity
- Must have worked at a strategic level whilst partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Must have learning and development experience
- Proven experience implementing organisational development initiatives and managing change
- Experience of managing large recruitment campaigns within good working knowledge of recruitment processes and application of selection tools
- Knowledge and experience of the contact centre working environment strongly preferred
- IT skills (MS Office and VIP)
- Extensive CCMA case preparation and presentation up to Arbitration
- Must be willing to travel nationally (limited)
