To work in partnership with the business’s management team in providing a professional and proactive talent support, development and acquisition service and lead the talent support teams to maximise business performance.

Skills and experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ generalist HR experience, with at least three to four years in a senior HR managerial capacity
• Must have worked at a strategic level whilst partnering with senior business stakeholders
• Up to date knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Must have learning and development experience
• Proven experience implementing organisational development initiatives and managing change
• Experience of managing large recruitment campaigns within good working knowledge of recruitment processes and application of selection tools
• Knowledge and experience of the contact centre working environment strongly preferred
• IT skills (MS Office and VIP)
• Extensive CCMA case preparation and presentation up to Arbitration
• Must be willing to travel nationally (limited)
