Job description
The account manager will act as the lead point of contact for the clients by developing and maintaining a business relationship.
All requests from the clients will be driven by their account manager and they will make sure the requests get attended to by the relevant internal department.
It is the account manager’s responsibility to identify and analyse the clients’ requirements and then provide them with the best possible solution – focusing on client satisfaction.
The position requires signing up new clients and generating new sales from existing clients.
Clients need to be visited on a weekly basis and thus travelling is required.
Monthly sales targets will be set-up and need to be reached.
Product and industry knowledge must be up to date and maintained.
