The Human Capital Administrator is responsible for handling general employee human resources administration and assist in employee and labour relations.

To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient Human Capital Administrative support to the Brand South Africa Team (employee transactions i.e. payroll, leave administration). To undertake specific HC work programmes, projects and research as determined by the line manager.

Minimum requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Three to five years’ prior direct related HC Administrative experience.
• Knowledge of labour legislation
• Knowledge of Human Resource practices
• Knowledge of HR Management information systems
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and induction, training and development processes
• Knowledge of internship programme
• Knowledge of on-boarding process
• Knowledge of payroll input documents and benefits management

Key responsibility areas:

• Provide administrative support to HC division
• Adherence to HC policies and procedures
• Assist in HC recruitment and onboarding process
• Assist with the Training and Development initiatives
• Updating of personnel files/information
• Undertake HC work programs and projects
• Maintaining employee benefits dossier
• Financial management/oversight and compliance
