If driving top-line revenue goals and driving operations efficiency is your area of expertise, then a dynamic finance company invites you to be their next Customer Service Director. You will be expected to manage the overall functioning of the entire customer-facing operation and ensure exceptional customer service is rendered at all times.

You must have a relevant Honours Degree, 10 years’ Customer Service experience, with any financial services exposure a bonus, five years’ Managerial experience.

Duties:

Reporting directly to the CEO

• Ensure the company’s world class customer service ethos is driven through all Operations departments.
• Make strategic decisions to improve the overall efficiency of the company’s customer service.
• Manage the entire customer facing operation to ensure world class customer service at all times.
• Drive and manage company culture within all customer facing teams.
• Perform general people management functions.
• Conduct performance management functions to ensure effective running of the departments.
• Accurately report on all operational aspects.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Relevant Honours Level degree.

Experience/Skills –

• 10 years’ experience in Customer Service / Financial Services environment.
• Five years’ Management experience.
• Conflict Management skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Sound knowledge of customer experience philosophies.
