My client, a well-establish and rapidly growing Travel & Tourism company, is looking for a Reservationist to join their fun and dedicated team.

The Reservationist must have impeccable customer service skills and be an excellent communicator. They should also be detail-orientated and enjoy assisting others.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer proficiency
• Must have knowledge and experience in the processes involved in flights, car hire, conferencing and accommodation booking
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners
• Call center experience
• Experience in sales
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans
• A calm, positive yet bubbly personality with problem solving capabilities
