As a mid-weight creative you will be part of our passionate, multi-talented studio where you will help guide your junior team members along with the support of your senior to take briefs, brainstorm solutions, mock up your vision, prep them for presentation and then roll out your beautifully crafted solution into the world.

What you’ll do every day

Responsibilities

• Mock up creative ideas
• Design across multiple channels
• Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
• Contribute to brainstorms and concepts
• Contribute to crafting the design of an idea
• Generate ideas and sell them to clients and other members of the team
• Compile presentations with your team
• Mentor junior creatives
• Attend client briefings and presentations
• Participate in pitches for new business

• Adept problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made
• Good presentation skills
• Great working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and platforms
• Able to work effectively with team members
