Residential/commercial leasing agent required in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in sales/marketing or property management
- National certificate in real estate
- Property sales and leasing/rental experience
- Experience in leasing/renting of residential and commercial sites/properties
- Strong negotiation/deal closing skills
- Client service experience
- Tenant management experience
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Matric/grade 12
