Possibility of working on Saturdays and callouts on a weekend. About the role: Accomplish manufacturing staff results, planning, monitoring and coaching
* Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control point and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points Accomplish work results Establish priorities Monitoring progress Resolving problems reporting results of process flow to operations manager Maintain quality of service, enforcing organization standards
Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs
Maintain clean work environment: daily housekeeping
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedure
Controlling of general workers on a daily basis
Accomplish daily targets
Daily planning of production
Pro active and able to problem solve.
Maintenance background (mechanical and electrical) advantageous.
