Finance Administrator
Our water engineering client in Port Elizabeth is looking for an immaculate lady, fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans), middle aged to work as a Finance Administrator. Candidate will be working hand in hand with the Accountant and therefore must be good with numbers and have finance admin experience. Pastel Partner V14 and Pastel Payroll 2018 experience
Requirements:
– Pastel Partner V14 – at least 5 years’ experience
– Pastel Payroll 2018 (+/- 100 staff) – at least 5 years’ experience
– Excel (more than basic understanding)
– Nedbank Internet Bank (some experience of any business internet bank required)
Description
WAGES
– Process bi-weekly wages (collate from timesheets, process and prepare/print reports)
– Prepare Monthly/Annual Statutory reports for submission
– Prepare/process monthly 3rd party payments
– Assist with general queries from staff
– General Admin
ACCOUNTING
– Process supplier invoices
– Reconcile suppliers
– Prepare payment lists
– Load payments on bank
– Communicate with suppliers on various issues re account.
– Assist with annual audit
