We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join an excellent culinary team and to prepare delicious plates for our client’s guests. Responsibilities include managing a wide range of food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfil all orders within the quality standards. Ultimately, you will help our client maintain their reputation as one of the best sushi places in the area.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Sushi Chef
• Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
• Ability to work both fast and accurately
• Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish
• Prepare all types of sushi
• Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift

You will need to reside in White River or surrounding area.
