BUILDING MANAGER REQUIRED IN BELHAR

Qualification

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Degree in Building or Property management (Preferred)

Experience 

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Building Management Experience
• Understanding of Service Delivery and Adhere to standards
• Experience Dealing with Student Accommodation (Advantage)
• Ability to manage people

Skills

• Computer Literate
• Good Customer Service
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Time Management
• Management Skills
