Ensure the effective management and control of human resources for optimal utilization
Minimum Requirements:
 Recognized University Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
 At least 4 years’ experience in mining.
 At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity
 Government Certificate of Competency for Mines and Works.
 Computer literate.
 Valid drivers’ license.
Other Skills and Competencies:
 Experience in Shafts and Ground Handling would be an advantage
 Good written and verbal communication skills in English
 Leading, planning, co-ordinating and prioritizing
