We require a SKILLED support specialist with experience in the following areas: Updating WordPress websites. Creating and managing domains at Hetzner Creating and managing ADSL and LTE accounts at WebAfrica. Creating, setting up and managing O365 accounts Managing ESET MSP. Supporting Solarwinds NAble. Setting up and supporting MikroTik Routers Setting up and supporting Cyberoam Firewalls. Advanced Microsoft Windows support experience and knowledge of – AD – Exchange – DNS – Group Policies Roles Providing Remote Support for both Desktop and Servers Creating and managing accounts at WA, Hetzner, MS, NAble. Remotely assisting technicians on the road. Good admin skills VITAL Good telephonic skills VITAL. TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST: Be able to converse in English and Afrikaans. Be a South African Citizen.
