Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a leisure resort / hotel. Tertiary culinary qualification with a creative flair and an ability to adapt to changes. Able to cope in a high-paced, pressurized and energetic environment with a good understanding of cost controls and controlling thereof. Single live in position in a remote location. liz@lfhr.co.za
