The centre manager is responsible for the effective management of the centre in accordance with the internal policies and procedures and as regulated by the Health and Safety Act. The centre manager has to ensure that the centre is well maintained and in optimal working condition at all times. Furthermore, the centre manager is expected to manage a small team of employees and is responsible for all staff related matters.
