5 years’ Management experience in a manufacturing environment; Safety, Health, Environment and Business Administration (SHEBA) or any other suitable tertiary risk management qualification (NADSAM/SAMTRAC); Advanced training courses on Food Safety Management / Industrial Occupational Hygiene/Fire Prevention and Protection/Industrial Environmental Management; Working experience on OHS Act, WCA, COID Act as well as NOSA systems, programmes and extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 will be advantageous.
