PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The primary purpose of the position will be to increase sales growth and brand loyalty, share within relevant geographical sales areas and accounts. The incumbent will be responsible in ensuring that set Targets and standards are achieved and exceeded. MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Clear communication to Sales Team is required to ensure minimum in store standards are achieved Complete action plans to achieve targets Review achievement on a regular basis to manage the territory effectively. Ensure that agreed category management is communicated to the Sales Team for implementation. The incumbent must be able to travel in and around Bloemfontein and manage customer queries. Account activity needs to be aligned with the Marketing activity grid. Implementation of new product listings, price increases and promotional activity. Account pricing needs to be maintained within set parameters with ongoing awareness of opposition activity to ensure sales growth. Sustain positive and effective relationships with the trade (customer centric) and Sales Team Build effective relationships with key people in the industry. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Matric Relevant tertiary degree/diploma at a recognized institution advantage. Management /Supervisory skills Advantage Experience in the FMCG Top end grocery retail industry Advantage. Contact Us
