Environment:

A leading Petrochemical company seeks the expertise of a highly skilled Senior HSEQ Business Partner to join its team at the Bloemfontein offices. Your core role will involve HSEQ strategic planning, risk assessments and incident management. The ideal candidate should possess a Degree/BTech Degree In HSE/Engineering/Applied Science and Chemistry (NQF Level 7), eight years of HSEQ management systems experience and, in the oil and gas industry as well as five years senior management experience. Please note this is an Employment Equity position.

Duties:

• HSEQ strategic plan
• Risk assessment and management
• Policy and procedure compliance
• Incident investigation
• Contractor management

Requirements:

Qualifications/accreditations –

• Degree/ B-Tech in HSE/Engineering/Applied Science/Chemistry (NQF Level 7).

Experience/skills –

• Eight years’ experience in HSEQ Management Systems e.g. OHSAS 18001 or similar.
• Five years of management experience with interactions at senior managerial level.
• Eight years’ experience in oil and gas industry.
