Our client, a desktop publishing company in Cape Town wishes to employ a German speaking Client Liaison Consultant. The suitable candidate will manage all communication between their European clients and the design / production teams, which produce PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.

Key Performance Areas:

• Being the first point of contact for clients in order to acquire project details and requirements
• Manage client expectations and negotiate deadlines
• Responsible for the presentation, as well as consulting with the client regarding slide level advice, layout, story lining and design
• Briefing the production teams on project requirements
• Production and quality control of PowerPoint presentations
• Capacity planning and allocation

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Matric / Tertiary education
• Degree and / or Graphical experience (advantageous)
• Proven experience in a customer service role

Competencies required:

• Excellent language skills in German (mother tongue) and English
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Shift flexibility and weekend availability
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
