I’m working with an award winning digital agency and they are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their growing Cape Town offices. The agency works with leading blue-chip brands in South Africa and Internationally and they are part of a larger advertising network who have offices all over the World. The agency offers cutting-edge digital solutions to their clients and are at the forefront of the digital industry. As the Operations Manager you will be overseeing the Project Management Department as well as the Traffic Team and you have responsibility of maintenance and management of process with a focus on job, department and client profitability.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical + design production
• Ensure that the team delivers projects efficiently, on-time + within budget
• Develop + implement process
• Manage stakeholders
• Manage the Head of Project Management + Traffic Manager
• Implement + maintain an effective Resource Schedule
• Responsibility of freelance resources

Requirements

You will be reporting into the COO and play a key part in the senior management team of the agency.

We are looking for someone that has:

• Ideally 5years + agency experience in operations / production / traffic and this must be within a technical environment
• Experience using CHASE is a huge advantage
• Strong personality, calm under pressure, deadline driven + commercially minded
