Our digital savvy client that specialises in e-learning business structures based in Johannesburg is looking to employ a Mid-Snr Front End (Angular5) Developer to their team. The successful incumbent should have a relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or a relevant field and two to four years’ experience in the following languages; Angular 4/5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Please note this is a remote position that would require at least six hours a day within the company’s time zone working hours.

Duties:

• Develop our client and internal web applications in an agile environment.
• Use your expert knowledge to bring fresh new ideas to the table.
• Analyse UI/UX and its features and then plan & implement them in a test-driven way.
• Exchange ideas and share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• Two+ years of working with Angular 4/5.
• Four+ years of experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript development.
• Strong focus on code quality by applying clean code principles, unit testing / TDD / BDD.
• Two or more websites in your portfolio that you can share a link to.
• Fluency in written English, good speaking English.
• Commitment to staying current with new technologies and industry practices and trends.
• Excellent attention to details and self-discipline.
