Urgently looking for experienced Front Desk Coordinator / Guest Relations Officer to work for busy Medi-Spa in the Meadowridge area. MUST have 2-3 years Beauty Therapy qualifications. MUST have at least 2-3 years working experience in a busy Spa/Salon environment. MUST have ESP Systems experience with basic Computer Literacy and excellent Admin Skills. MUST have excellent client care and good product knowledge. MUST have excellent telephone etiquette to deal with clients at all times. Previous experience in dealing with queries from customers, scheduling appointments, selling products, stock take a MUST. MUST be punctual, loyal and  friendly with a welcoming attitude at all time.
