Must have RE 5 (Representatives) + RE 1 (Key Individuals) certificate
Recognised qualification as per the FSB list of recognised qualifications**
4 yrsâ Experience in Life Insurance Industry
3 yrs in Management
Experience in Category A, B, C + Retail Benefits Legislation – FAIS, FICA, FSB, NCA, LTIA, PPR
Life Insurance Industry – Category 1 (A,B,C)
HR Legislation – Code of Conduct; BCEA, LRA, Disciplinary Codes, EE
Client liaison and sales support in the branch offices /travelling to the different branches
Manage the service delivery to external and internal clients
Manage compliance and effectiveness of client service levels
Monitor the quality of all client services administration towards sales Assist sales to ensure that sales targets are achieved
Management of business retention
Manage new business policy administration
Oversee accuracy of data capturing Oversee compliance of quality assurance on all new business processes
Oversee Tick off procedures and policies
Manage claims administration
Management of budgetary control
Compile budget
Manage the purchasing, inventory stocks and supplies
Report on Branch Office Operations
Salary R31 000 plus benefits bonuses
