Credit Relations Officer
Educational Qualification:
⢠Preferably a Degree or Diploma in a Financial or Credit field;
⢠Enough experience in the marketing of an organization and its functions within the agricultural environment;
⢠Interpretation of financial reports;
⢠Experience in a credit environment / organization that facilitates financing. Skills, Competencies and Work Experience:
⢠Provide evidence of outstanding service to customers and good knowledge of products, and input requirements for agricultural purposes;
⢠Knowledge of financing models and risk calculation;
⢠Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Internet / Email, MS Word and Excel.
⢠Strong administrative and numeracy skills.
⢠Excellent persuasiveness, a positive and friendly attitude towards all role players (internal as well as external clients);
⢠Possesses the ability to act tactfully and ensure good customer service;
⢠Has strong interpersonal and communication skills;
⢠Person must be able to adapt well to the values and culture of the Co-operative.
