Job description

• Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labour estimates.
• Consults with clients and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates using company formula.
• Review labour and material requirements to decide on the most cost-effective procedure.
• Liaise with a client discussing their requirements.
• Email official quotes.
• All cost estimates to be signed off by purchasing manager.
• Refer to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual at all times whilst working.
• Perform general duties.

Requirements

• Must have at least two to three years solid carton packaging (lithographic printing) estimating experience 
• Must have completed the Estimating for Printers course through Printing SA
