Urgently looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join a busy Salon in the Meadowridge area. MUST have 2-3 years Beauty Therapy qualifications. MUST have at least 3-4 years working experience in a busy Spa/ Salon environment. MUST have FULL Beauty Treatment background. MUST have previous management experience. MUST have excellent experience with ESP Systems and be Computer Literate. MUST have excellent product knowledge of Dermalogica, Guinot, Environ, OPI, Gelish, Harmony, DMK & Morgan Taylor.  MUST have an understanding of costings / stock controls and general Admin to ensure the business is being run profitably. MUST have experience in HR, shifting, assessments, budgets, motivation and development of the team with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent Skin care knowledge and customer. MUST be able to retail. MUST have own transport.
