Catering Manager
We are recruiting for a Catering Manager for a client based in Grahamstown.
This position is responsible for the supervision and management of all catering staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification relevant to the industry preferred
- Previous managerial experience in the food industry advantageous
- Excellent food skills required
- Operational Standards: Performance management, Financial analysis, Computer proficiency & Human Resources
- Outcome focus and productivity
- Managing Group process & Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain a motivated team in a dynamic environment
