We are recruiting for a Catering Manager for a client based in Grahamstown.

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of all catering staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification relevant to the industry preferred
• Previous managerial experience in the food industry advantageous
• Excellent food skills required
• Operational Standards: Performance management, Financial analysis, Computer proficiency & Human Resources
• Outcome focus and productivity
• Managing Group process & Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain a motivated team in a dynamic environment
