You’ve probably got a job but this one is totally better. 

We won’t give you the usual stuff agency spiel re: ‘passionate, energetic young creatives wanted to change hearts and minds etc.’ because that kind of chat makes us queasy. Do you like making stuff? Do you care about the stuff you make? Are you passionate about film? If you answered yes times three to these questions, we may have a job for you. 

It’s a full-time position, but we work in a flexible environment and we’re open to tweaking this and that to accommodate specific needs. Let’s chat!

Details (it’s all about the details)

Position term: Permanent/long-term (one-year minimum)

Required experience: Two to three years

Fluent in: Adobe Premiere, After Effects (mid-level experience) + Photoshop and Illustrator 

Probation period: Three months

Location: Cape Town

Must have:

• The ability to work autonomously as well as under the direction of others (don’t worry we give you freedom but not enough so you feel alone)
• Open to learning new skills and assisting on shoots (everyone who hops onto a job outside of their ‘9-5’ gets paid extra. We encourage this)
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude (we’re all about that eye contact)
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition and the ability to tell a story with creative editing and strong graphic sense and skills
• Must be an artist who fights the norm and is able to tell a badass story no matter what the brief
