A new and upmarket restaurant in Grahamstown seeks an experienced supervisor to join their team to manage all aspects of the kitchen.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Ability to communicate well in English (Xhosa an advantage)
• Relevant qualification in hospitality
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in Stock control
• Effective staff management skills
• Diligent
• Team player
• Ability to take initiative
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Working hours are Monday to Saturday.
