Onsite project available for one of my coolest clients.

To be fair, this role is supplying a body to their client so:

Big financial projects will a gamut of variance for you to sink your teeth into.

We have a deep legacy that I have no doubt you’ll be working on.

You’ll also find lots of new platform work on the go. It’s a mix of big new platforms with small features on existing platforms.

At those rates, you are probably looking for your next step but not yet experienced enough to compete for the very senior work out there.

You’re a good Dev who can apply EQ/IQ to problems but you’re not throwing your weight into architecture yet.

Requirements

The tech we need you to know:

• C#
• ASP.NET
• Entity Framework
• SQL Server
• There’s lots of back-end work, your front-end skills are of slightly less importance
• Unit Testing
• Patterns – you must be at least comfortable with OO, Solid, DDD

The tech you will learn – well, really I’m hoping that you’ve at least checked it out on the MVA:

• ASP.NET Core (MVC)
• Angular – they’re using six but as mentioned, I don’t need hardcore UI/UX devs
• DDD
• Web API/REST
• Azure Service Fabric

These roles are long running contracts. There’s a lot of work on the go. I do have room for permanent devs with my client as well but they’ll expect you to know more of the ‘nice to have’ tech for me to argue that point.
