Recruitment Administrator
The successful candidate must be a professional, motivated individual who takes pride in their work. This individual must understand the Recruitment industry and must be able to professionally intermediate between companies.
You would require the following for this position:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Understanding of the Recruitment industry
- Excellent clear concise communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Fully Computer literate on Microsoft Office
- Must be a Hands-on, people’s person who is brilliant at negotiation, well presented, with excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Driver’s License and own transport
Duties (including but not limited to):
- Answering of telephone, relaying messages onto relevant parties
- Loading candidates and information onto internal recruitment system
- Typing candidate CV’s
- Liaison with candidates, clients and team members
- Assisting the team
- Conducting background checks (Reference checks, ITC, Criminal etc. if and where applicable)
- Assisting with sourcing of candidates on various portals
- Assisting with the screening of candidates
- Regretting candidates
- Create and grow talent pool
- Arranging interviews with clients and candidates
- Assist with advertising positions on relevant portals
- General Administrative duties
- Manage Whatsapp groups
Documents required:
- Updated CV
- Copy of Most Recent Pay slip if employed
- Copy of ID Document
- Copies of Qualifications
