Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• 2 – 3 years’ Experience in Customer Service within the Service Industry
• Call Centre Experience (Advantage)
• Office Administration Experience
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Great Negotiation Skills
• Analytical
• Computer Literate
• Time Management
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent Sale Skills
