Job description

Marketing and Sales Manager needed for a shopping centre in Queenstown in the Eastern Cape. Responsible for all marketing, advertising and sundry income (selling of promotion courts and in-centre advertising) activities with specific key objectives. 

Implementation of promotions, competitions, sponsorship, advertising campaigns, PR, Social Media management, execution of the marketing strategy and budget, driving sales, monthly reporting and general marketing administration will form part of the duties.

Requirements

The successful applicant would have excellent selling, communication, writing skills and is a self starter. Shopping centre marketing or retail experience will be advantageous. Sound leadership and interpersonal relationship skills, budgeting knowledge and a keen interest in all marketing, advertising and sales activities. Being willing to be part of a highly energetic and enthusiastic team is also imperative.
