The HR manager will be responsible to plan, implement and evaluate employee relations, policies, programs and practices.

Requirements
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or a certificate in human resources/industrial relations would be advantageous.
- Five to eight years’ experience in an HR department relating to the retail and wholesale sector.
- Experience in leading people and do so according to a deep set of culture principles and values.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Able to design, plan and implement innovative HR systems and processes.
- Advanced problem-solving skills – proactive in identifying issues and address these thoroughly
- Design, implement and maintain innovative policies and procedures to promote cooperation and workplace harmony, consistency and fairness.
- Use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve HR practices and systems
- Handling of all disciplinary actions in accordance to the relevant legislation.
- General administrative duties.
