Main Purpose of the job: To manage General Merchandise in store effectively and efficiently. Ensuring the achievement of sales targets, budgets, shrinkage management, customer service and staff management.

Requirements

Minimum Academic Requirements, Professional Qualifications, and Experience:

• For appointment to this managerial level you will have to successfully have completed a Retail Management Development Programme. Or
• Have the relevant and recognized tertiary qualification (at Diploma or Degree level) Or
• 3-5 years management experience in similar environment
