In House Customer Service Representative
We are pleased to announce an opportunity within our In-House Customer Service operations based in East London. In-house is a fast paced and varied environment, and offers a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop a wide variety of skills and to start their career within Enterprise. Training will be provided to help the successful candidate excel in their career. These positions will be based on a 7-day rotating shift pattern with a 40-hour work week including weekends; shifts range from 7am – 4pm (8-5), 9am – 6pm, 11am-8pm and 12pm –9pm. Responsibilities Suitable candidates must be able to display the following qualities: Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise within a dynamic environment. Committed team player who is able to work closely with rental, non-rental and account staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self motivated and possessing a positive attitude. Responsible for problem solving and providing realistic solutions to customers Excellent customer service skills. Strong organisational skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Responsible for working to tight deadlines Working independently but also as part of a team committed to supporting our customers.
