We need someone who will lead and manage a team of developers, supporting them in building industry leading and innovative solutions. As a development manager you have no problem fitting into this driven and dynamic environment.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Recruits the right team with a practical development tests and communication assessment and can conduct proper interviews and sell LQR
• Sets development and QA improvement process roadmap for 6months and communicates plan and milestones to achieve end goals
• Identifies and reduces waste and improves speed, quality of work and profitability of technical delivery e.g. Automation of testing, code re-use plans etc.
• Sets example of how to communicate with rest of agency
• Monitors and grows all Dev and QA team skills and processes (annual reviews, skills sharing, best practice rollout, etc)
• Monitors key client tech platforms and sets long term internal tech alignment
• Ensures his team are being correctly briefed by all other teams in the business and processes are aligned
