Requirements:
• Driver’s License
• Trade tested and completed apprenticeship
• 4 years+ as a Millwright in an FMCG environment. Duties:
• Support the smooth running of the department with regard to its logistical needs. • Prompt assistance given to customers with complaints in appropriate way • Ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded in respect to quality and service • Respond immediately to requests for workshop breakdowns to customers • Action customer services as per schedule • Analyze the cause of the problem.
• Arrange quotes for customers to authorize repairs.
• Arrange and require spares to complete the job • Maintain safety standards both at in-house and at customers.
• Assist with stock counts .
