As a developer at Hellosquare, you will be responsible for the working with a larger team on a variety of digital projects, ranging from small-scale UI/UX prototypes to websites, web-based platforms and native apps.

You will be responsible for:

• Translating finalised designs into working, dynamic and responsive websites
• Adding value through animation and other techniques to bring your projects to life
• Actively troubleshooting development issues independently
• Ensuring that your work is pixel perfect
• Communicating between yourself, other developers, designers, project managers and account managers
• Managing your time between multiple briefs in order to meet deadlines

You will need:

• Minimum two years of experience in front-end development
• Portfolio of experience showcasing live websites  
• Strong front-end development experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to translate design to allow responsive transitions
• Ability to work to problem solve usability and function issues with a wider team
• Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently while communicating with project and account managers
• In-depth knowledge of modern web standards and trends
• Experience in collaborating on UI/UX problem solving
• Knowledge and interest in technology, culture and their intersection
• To have a positive attitude and be a team player
• To be passionate about everything digital
