Requirements:

• Matric (NQF four)
• Verbal and written English skills (NQF four)
• Numeracy skills (NQF four)
• At least two years’ experience in related hospitality field and/or customer service position

Skills/duties:

• Able to communicate in English, both verbally (including non-verbal communication) and in writing
• Able to communicate across diverse cultures
• Able to communicate using voice mail and e-mail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work independently
• Able to accurately capture, retrieve, and analyse information using a customer database
• Projects a professional image in both appearance and attitude
• Recognises the importance of customers to the success of the business
• Able to endure long periods of standing and moving throughout the property
• Able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
• Able to use mathematics to solve problems

Applicants must reside in Nelspruit or surrounding area.
