Job description
Purpose of the role:
Develop new business initiatives for The Unlimited across existing and new digital platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the commercial performance of The Unlimited’s e-commerce initiatives
- Develop digital specific products and offerings with the product team
- Find and analyse new opportunities and partnerships such as affiliate sales and price comparison sites
- Improve conversion rates throughout the product sales funnel
- Ensure value delivery to the customer, without exposing the organisation or customer to unnecessary risk
- Manage key agencies in the performance marketing and development space to achieve goals
- Ensure that digital innovations that are deployed comply with various industry standards including but not limited to information security, data protection and other financial regulations
- Analysing and reporting on commercial performance to key stakeholders.
- Make recommendations regarding seamless and efficient customer journeys, backed up by experience, solid logic and user testing where appropriate and that incorporate all the company’s digital and non-digital channels for a singular high engagement customer experience

Requirements
Knowledge, experience and skills:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a digital environment within retail, financial services or technology organisations
- Deep understanding of data and analytics tools
- Demonstrable experience improving conversions along the AARRR funnel
- Experience with a full ecommerce marketing stack and automation
- Experience in digital channel management and digital security management
- Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple high-level projects simultaneously is required
- Proven experience in finding and implementing new digital business
