Branch Manager (Agriculture) Free State .
Market Related . The successful candidate must have the following (experience/skills/ qualifications/competencies): Grade 12/relevant Diploma (would be an advantage)
5 years’ experience in related industry, of which 3 years should be on a manager’s level
Exposure to chain stores/branches in agricultural environment, Computer knowledge, MS Office applications, Knowledge of budgeting, principles etc, Excellent understanding of business finance, Organisational understanding
Communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Networking skills.
Ability to manage staff and motivate them
Good business management skills.
Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities: Inventory Control
Product knowledge.
Provide efficient and effective credit control
Provide efficient merchandising service
Effective brand management support service.
Marketing.
