Getclosure assists businesses to manage their reputations online. The business provides social media monitoring, engagement and analysis services to leading South African companies. 

Getclosure is looking for a senior Engagement Analyst Team Lead. This role is for a senior professional with at least 5 years of experience in social media customer engagement or social media community management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team monitoring social media platforms on a daily basis to identify and respond to customer complaints and enquiries. The team lead will be responsible for the output of the team, the training and supervision of team members as well as compiling reporting and other documentation. We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills and the temperament to positively contribute to developing and growing a business in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years experience – social media customer engagement/community management;
• communication skills – excellent oral and written;
• administrative and organisational experience;
• aptitude for problem solving and desire to see tasks through to completion;
• strong analytical and numeracy ability;
• strong understanding of social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube;
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
• experience using social media workflow management tools – Conversocial or Sprout Social; 
• applicant must live in Cape Town. 
• leadership or management experience a plus . 
• Weekend and after hours work
