Purpose of the Role

Support the LRC Department and business in analyzing the Quality Assurance Risk by providing operational support and data analysis to the Quality department.

Provide system and analytical support to the Forensics and InfoSec teams on related business risk and to the Compliance team with regard identified trends and investigations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Quality Assurance Partner relationship in relation to operations.
• Identify and implement enhancements to extract maximum value from Quality Department, stakeholders and External partners
• Prepare insights for Risk Department
• Project manage any data/reporting automation for the Quality, Forensics and InfoSec Departments
• Assist with identifying Business risk through business relationships
• Identify Risk reporting enhancements
• Assist with analysis and trending of risk in support of the Forensics team

Knowledge and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Advanced Excel
• 2 – 3 years business experience including insights and/or analytics.
• Managing operational tasks
• Designing and building business level management information reporting.
• SQL advantageous but not necessity
